Vaughn Automotive is looking for motivated individuals to join our service team as Oil & Lube Technicians. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone who is passionate about cars, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to grow in the automotive industry.

As an Oil & Lube Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance services that keep our customers' vehicles safe and reliable. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable skills and on-the-job training that can open the door to a long-term career in automotive service.

What You'll Do: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements, Inspect vehicles and assist with basic maintenance needs, Communicate clearly with the service team and ensure high-quality work, Provide a positive customer experience with every vehicle serviced.
