Did warranty work by replacing battery in my car. Even took care of a factory recall. Very happy with service.

It was very good. Didnt take long. And everyone i came in contact with was nice and welcoming.

First of all,we were just passing through to get gas. We were at our halfway point and the vehicle started breaking down. We were traveling from Texas to Louisiana to have a memorial for my mother.We went to the nearest dealership which was Vaughn Chevrolet. They accommodated us with a loaner vehicle until they done. They were so friendly we had to get a hotel and stay overnight until they were done with our vehicle and they told us some fun things to do while we waited in a town that we weren't from. They were the best thanks for all of your help and we didn't have to postpone or miss my mother's memorial.🥰

My salesman was Jeremy Flynt. I came to him about 3 months ago in a horrible situation with my last car and he told me then, I will do what I can to get you out of that situation. Fast forward to recently, I came back up there and gave it one more shot and he already had me a car picked out and had most everything taken care of. The process was about an hour and a half. I will definitely be going back to Jeremy!
